✨ How long does it take to make a personalized doll?
Creating your hand-made doll takes about 12 weeks (promise it's worth the wait)! Don't worry, this is also stated in my shipping policies, so there are no surprises. The creation process won't start for the first few weeks, as I order some supplies and pieces from overseas. But after that time, the magic begins!

✨ Can you make male dolls?
Yes, I can make any gender of doll.

✨ Can you make a doll with a head covering/glasses/a wheelchair/etc?
Yes, I can include these things at no extra cost! If you're unsure about an additional item that isn't listed here or in my "Dolly Extras," please don't hesitate to contact me.

✨ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however, unfortunately due to the GPSR, I can no longer ship to the European Union.

✨ Can you match my hair, eyes, etc?
Absolutely! I love bringing your dolly visions to life. Just tell me your wishes via the "notes or instructions" field at checkout, or message me at the "contact" link below on the day you order to avoid delays.
Here's what I'll need: 4 different eye colors, your preferred hair color, length, and style, any freckles or beauty marks you have and what sides of the face they are on, any facial piercings and the sides they are on, how you like to wear your makeup, your preferred clothing styles or favorite items, and anything else you'd like to include on your doll. Feel free to send as many photos as you'd like, or even inspiration boards!

✨ Do you remake dolls?
I will not remake previous dolls, as I believe all dollies should be special and unique! However, we can take inspiration from any of my past work. If the doll you want is a character or celebrity doll I have made before, they will be similar, but not exact. Also, all dolls I make will be in my art style, I will not copy another artist's work!
