Shipping✨ Pre-made dolls ship within 2 business days of order.
✨ Custom dolls (dolls that are made to order) currently ship within 10-12 weeks of purchase to ensure time to bring their magic to life!
✨ It usually takes 3-7 days for a package to arrive at a US address after it is shipped, longer for foreign shipping.
✨ Each doll will be sent with a tracking number and insurance, so you can follow their journey to you. After your doll has shipped, please check their tracking daily along with me to ensure you are aware of any potential delays.

✨ All sales are final – No cancellations or changes once your order is placed.
✨ Customs – Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes (sadly I have no magic wand over these!).
✨ Delays Beyond the Dollhouse – Shipping/customs delays are out of my hands, but I’ll send good vibes while you wait!
